Ms Collins - Noise Disturbing Residents

Please see below for a letter from Simon Digby, Director of  Ms Collins, regarding the issue of Noise Disturbing Residents

Dear Neighbours,

Following the meeting with Brian Schnall - Licensed Estate Agent from LL Reed (Body Corporate), we, the owners and directors of Ms Collins at 425 Collins Street wish to let you know that we have received your feedback with regards to the noise levels.

As a long time member of the Melbourne License Steering Committee and the Melbourne Safer Streets Committee and being a licensee for more than 10 years, I wish to ensure you that these complaints are taken very seriously.

To enable you to contact us directly in case of any disturbances during the night, please find here the contact numbers of our venue management:

In addition to this, we would like to take the opportunity to inform you that we have commenced the dialogue with the council to relocate the Flexi car parking as well as requesting the removal of the park bench in front of the venue.

These are two factors we have identified that delay patrons in leaving the external premises quickly.
